Teeth
I stayed up all night Monday night.
Not by choice, but by the massive amount of pain that formed itself in the right side of my mouth.
It started at midnight, and, well, hasn't really ended yet.
I stayed up all night, and called the dentist at 8 a.m. Tuesday. I skipped my classes, because there was no way I could go. The whole reason I was up all night was... anytime I went 2 or more minutes without a piece of ice touching my gums, the pain would return. It was excruchiating. Easily the worse pain I have been in my whole entire life. Seriously.
The pain was so bad that I couldn't tell the nurse if it was coming from the top or the bottom set of teeth. I seriously did not know.
It turns out, a tooth on the top right side of my mouth was absessed. The dentist gave me two shots, which actually worsed the pain by 10 fold for about ten minutes. Then, it all went numb, mostly. He cut open my tooth, filled it with antibiotic, and then filled it back up. He prescribed me an antibiotic and a pain killer to take until Tuesday, when i am scheduled for a root canal.
He also gave me his phone number, because he wasn't quite sure, but had a feeling that there could be an absess on the bottom tooth, which would be why I couldn't decide where the pain was coming from, but he couldn't do anything to the bottom tooth on the same day he did something to the top... something about not being able to numb the top and bottom parts of my mouth at the same time.
Well, the pain is back. It's not nearly as bad as before, and I definently can sleep with it, and since I was exhausted yesterday, I had no trouble sleeping with it last night. The pain is now similar to that of teething pain. Just irritating, rather than throbbing.
The pain I have now is located in a tooth on the bottom. I don't know if he can do anything about the bottom tooth before the root canal on the top, but I plan on calling him in the morning and asking. It's bothering me, and the pain killers make me feel funny. I have a hard time doing my homework, or even staying awake in class. I'm so ready for this to be over.
And, it makes me feel bad about my teeth. I take care of them, seriously.
BUT, the dentist did comment on how well kept my teeth were, and really white. They both asked me if I whiten my teeth, and I said no. I just take care of them. He said that the infections could stem from sinus problems. Phew. What a relief.

I think
After the massive amount of text messages Kris got from the Arkansas area tonight, there's no way he won't be in the top 12.
keep your fingers crossed!

Day at the Races
Yesterday, Boyd, C Love, and I went to the horse races. C Love is short for Courtney Love. No, I don't know the famous crazy Courtney Love, my friend's name is Courtney Love.
Anyway, Courtney bet on horse 6 and 3 to exacto in race 4. Exacto means come in 1st and 2nd.
Well, it was amazing.
The horses exacto'd
C Love passed out, and was raised by a harness and hovered over the crowd
the crowd awed
Boyd crapped down both legs
the jockees held hands and did a circle around the track
the marching band came out and played Eye of the Tiger (c love's theme song)
AND C love won $350. WoWZERS!
ok ok ok, maybe that didn't happen.
What really happened was, we got to Oaklawn after driving two hours. When we arrived, I got a phone call from Sasha. She was in panic, informing me that I work that night. Umm.. I never work Sunday nights, but for some reason, I had agreed to work for Max so she and her girlfriend could celebrate her gfs birthday, and I had forgotten. I was supposed to be there at three, which was exactly two hours from the moment. I called around, and got Pam to work from 3-5 for me, we stayed for 4 rounds, and then came home. None of us one. The day was already cursed. We'll get them next time.
Also, Bella is driving me crazy! She is not house trained YET! I come home and there are 4 piles of poop, and we only left her here one hour by herself. She rules the house since she has figured out how to open the sliding doors. I love her, but AH!

Treva's
I dogsit for Treva every Thursday night because she works in Heber on Thursdays and Fridays and the company she works for pays for her to stay in a hotel up there. Well, previously, Treva lived in a 3 bedroom house with her cousin, but they decided to move out, and Treva just moved into this brand spanken new studio apartment in downtown Conway. I didn't even know we had studios here. It is awesome. This is my first time to stay here, and I feel at home. She lives right beside the train tracks, and the train doesn't even bother me.... It actually reminds me of Worden. Madi is awesome, and she makes me miss Rogue. GAH.
Also, this apartment reminds me of New York, except it's MUCH bigger, and extremely less expensive. ha. I kinda want my own one bedroomed flat, although I enjoy roommates. It's just, less lonely when you have to stay alone in a small apartment where you can see every nook and cranny. No one can hide from me in here!
Vickie's in Dallas. I hear it's 72 degrees there. That is way better than here. I hate the cold. I'm gonna move to Dallas.

The Sandlot
Remember that movie? It's the one about the huge child-eating dog that lived next door to a baseball field where young boys would play.
Well, when I was young, a dog much similar to this one lived under my back porch, or so I thought. There was wooden fencing around the sides of the porch, so I couldn't see in. I remember picking up speed and launching myself from the porch into the back yard so that the dog couldn't bite off my foot on the way down. I was scared to death of that non existant dog.
